We use optimised software to manage our delivery service. Our drivers are our greatest asset and equipping them with the most up to date technology allows for a smooth service. From collection of goods to delivery the process is captured on our system and we keep the end customer updated along the way. We handle all communication with your customer once the goods are in our care.
OUR COMMUNICATION POINTS
- Customer receives an email a day in advance of delivery.
- This includes a 90 minute delivery window
- Customer receives an update 30 minutes ahead of delivery....this is a live update which includes
- A link to the drivers live Gps location
- Drivers direct contact details
- Package hand-delivered with a smile
- If no one is home we will leave the package safely as instructed by customer
- Proof of delivery image captured
- Confirmation email of delivery sent to customer
- A friendly email to confirm delivery and check the customer was satisfied with the service
- End of day/week delivery reports sent to client
- This includes all details on delivery, POD signature and/or images
- Direct contact lines to management at all times for our clients
- Our system allows us to manage the entire deliver fleet in real time and give live updates to all our clients on request. You are guaranteed to get to speak to a member of management whenever you call us.
